Our family style half gallon tray (feeds four) is prepared from scratch and includes your choice of either a 16 oz Pint of Gumbo or a 16 oz Pint of Cajun Jambalaya, as well as four pieces of corn bread. Please order by noon the day before you'd like to pick-up your order via email: dine@budandrobsbistro.com

a) Louisiana Chicken 

Smoked chicken thigh in a rich tasso cream sauce, with peas and mushrooms, tossed with pasta and topped with parmesan cheese.

b) Blackened Catfish

Veggie pilaf, veggies sauteed with rice, and four filets of creole dusted blackened catfish laced with our house tartar. 

c) Red Beans and Rice

Creamy red beans served over rice with your choice of smoked pulled pork or smoked chicken thigh.

d) Crawfish Etouffee

A Cajun classic of crawfish tail meat slow cooked in a seasoned roux, served over rice.

e) Pasta Jambalaya 

Bud's favorite version of jambalaya; smoked duck, grilled chicken, sauteed shrimp, andouille, and tasso, smoked jambalaya base, and tossed with a rich duck essence and penne pasta.
